We went here on a Tuesday evening around 8pm. The best thing about this place was the waitress who very nice. The lighting is bright, the atmosphere awful, there was a tv on MTV, no music at all. It would have been nice to have some Latin music in the background. The food seemed home made and was fair. It's a cheap place to grab a sandwich but we were hoping for more. With a little more thought and effort they could take this place up a notch and make it a fun dining alternative.

We had dinner there last night. The Vaca Frita was excellent. I will return again for this dish. It rocked! The service and decor was acceptable particularly given the prices, which were down right cheap.

Another great Yelp find. We wanted to try something different and down home, and Rincon Cubano fit the bill. The setting is very simple, but the food is solid and very yummy. The roast pork special was fantastic and full of garlic flavor. I can highly recommend the fruit shakes, and topping off the meal with a Cuban cafe was fantastic. The service was friendly and appreciative. Apps, drinks, meals, and coffees --- $26 for two! Insane.

Only place that was open after 9 where I could get my Cuban food fix. Gave it a try and can tell you I was not at all disappointed. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Was so good went back for round 2 the following night. Tried other Cuban restaurants in the area and they all fell short to this place big time.

Came for lunch and was incredibly impressed. From the outside you may not think that you will find such incredible food. We had picadillo, with white rice and beans - I had the black beans and my boyfriend had the red. OMG. The flavor was outstanding. The empanadas were also amazing - I could have eaten 10 of them. Different from other empanadas that I've had, these are baked and not fried. The waitresses were pleasant and the restaurant is very clean. Will be back soon

As a whole, this is about as good as Cuban food gets in cape Coral. The restaurant itself is a "blink-and-you'll-miss-it" kind of place, across from a Buy-Here Pay-Here Car Lot. Parking is fairly limited directly in front, but after 5pm, the business next door is closed, and the spaces are available. I've eaten here for 8+ meals in the last month (it's close to my house). The hits: Ropa Vieja, Puerco Fricasse, Breakfast, ANY side dish... seriously, I now eat these dishes exclusively -- they are the best I have found in the area! The misses: the sandwiches are just... meh. I've tried the Cubano, the Medianoche, and the Grilled Chicken -- each time for dinner. The bread has been fairly stale -- maybe left out on the counter since breakfast? IDK, because it's fantastic in the mornings, fresh and delicious like Cuban bread should always be! Ambience -- who cares?! It's a hole-in-the-wall with great cuban food. If you are in NE Cape doing business at City Hall, it is WELL worth the 2 minute drive over!

Make believe your Cuban aunts and grandma are back in the kitchen, this is homestyle cooking. None of that "nuevo latino" fluff here. Local place, clean, friendly, red table cloth, at bargain prices for hungry man amount of food. I can't give a 5 on a Zagats scale, but this is no knock on them. This is like visiting a family, for real cuban. Not CIA attitude. Had the special lechon asado with rice, beans, tostones. Friends had lechon sandwiches ($3.95!?). Cafe con leche that Starbucks can't come near. Daily specials you'll feel bad not paying more for.
